Below I have list just a handful of the comments and testimonials I have received over the years from my clients.

Depression had ruined my life and badly affected those dearest to me. I had struggled with it for years, and it had turned me into a person I no longer recognised.

I cannot express the sheer desperation that drove me to your door. I felt crushed. The smallest thing seemed an insurmountable obstacle. I could not cope with the simplest, most mundane tasks, this in turn made me feel useless and worthless and I felt guilty that I was affecting everybody else’s lives because of the way I felt. I had lost all perspective and balance in my life.

But now thanks to you, all that is gone, just gone. With your help I have now rediscovered the person I was - only better. It was as if I was crying in the dark, but no one could hear me - and then quite suddenly, and gently, I have been led out into the light.

It is truly a revelation to me that I could ever feel this good again. Now I face each day with hope and happiness, I have confidence in the knowledge that I can cope with life’s challenges great and small, and for the first time in too many years I am looking forward to things.
